    A boutique property needed a site in two languages with a booking form that wouldn't fill up with spam or fail silently. We built it in Next.js and TypeScript, with Greek and English fully in sync, a honeypot and a 3-requests-per-minute limit against bots, and email delivery through Resend — with a safe dry-run mode if the key is ever missing, so it never breaks without us knowing.
